not sure if anyone will be able to help but i (22f) am looking for beach holiday recommendations in mid July. i am very inexperienced when it comes to booking holidays, knowing what’s good, what’s overpriced etc. i only went on my first holiday latter end of last year and let the people i went with handle everything. this year i want to go solo for my birthday, mainly because i can’t bear to feel anymore disappoint from others. i’ve had a really troubled life overall, i usually ignore my birthday but i want to be happy and somehow feel experiencing a different part of the world is my last attempt to trying to find some joy in this life. everything feels very hopeless right now so i really need this. i’m not a snob but i am a germaphobe so i do need it to be a nice hotel, so i’m comfortable and enjoy my stay. i’m looking to go for 5 nights or so, i’m not too fussed which country (anywhere will be new to me) and i’m willing to pay whatever if it is worth it. anyone been anywhere that fits what i’m looking for?
