Smartway pharmacy and gendergp are shocking.
Tbh the last few months this problem has happened and after kicking off last time, I was told that this issue has been resolved and shouldn't happen again, however it has, literally the very next time I've gone to request my prescription.
So for the last few months, I have been told by smartway that they haven't got my prescription request, when the prescription request has been paid for. They then tell me to contact Gender GP (well my clinic, which is gender GP) and chase it up with them. So I chase it up, and always have to wait nearly 5/6 days for a reply, just for them to send the prescription almost instantly.
Smartway pharmacy already taking 2/3 days to reply to me, I'll also mention they used to reply within 24 hours, now I'm waiting days, and then when I Have to chase it up it's taking not only 10+ fkn days to sort my prescription and a lot of repeating the same stuff over emails, but then im waiting 4/5 days for delivery.
I can understand that I should request it a lot sooner so I Have time to sort it out, however I shouldn't have to sort the same shit out every single fkn time, I'm angry like actually angry. Also I request it about half way through the medication I'm using, because the main reason, it's the only time i can ever afford it, I'm paid weekly and Habe other bills to prioritise, I'm a dad and Have a rented house, you can imagine the bills I prioritise over this, but also its almost perfect timing for when my medication runs out, the new one has arrived a couple of days before so there is a constant flow, it's worked for months and the last few months it hasn't been and its been waiting for nearly a week without medication until it's delivered, and like I said I could sort it earlier however I just can't afford to. And I am paying for a service FFS, which is paid on time every month. They told last month, this won't happen again and it literally has happened again already.
I also wouldn't mind but I have literally just sorted out being charged multiple subscription fees, gender GP and smart way are becoming a joke! Thankfully I'm due to be seen by the NHS soon so these useless mfs won't be needed for much longer but is this happening to anyone else??
Gender GP Habe received a very arsey email from me and I'm debating emailing smartway too, however I'm not actually sure if it's smartways fault but I'm pissed at them too anyway
