I'm just here to post a shout out to GIMME.
I did my intake on a Monday morning a few weeks ago, around 11 ish am and was approved by 4 ish pm same day and rx sent to pharmacy (Hallendale), shipping info Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday. No issues at all.
Also, I used my FSA card. We have had issues with this account and how picky they are (whole different story for a whole different sub). Anyway, I sent initially just the receipt for payment and got denied, then sent page one of my intake that listed date, my name, etc...I would not give them the subsequent pages that contained my health questions/answers (that's none of their business), and packing list from the pharmacy that spells out what I received with other details that FSA wanted...still not good enough.
I contacted GIMME to ask for suitable documentation as was outlined in the denial letter from the FSA. They provided me with a LOMN within 48 hours of asking(Letter of Medical Necessity). Still denied. We submitted the first three and the subsequently submitted the LOMN. So before husband and I gave up we tried one last time and submitted all 4 docs together and husband sent them a chat thing and told them that the documentation we submitted cumulatively contained all of the requested information. Expected denial anyway.
Checked today and the claim was approved! Might have to jump the same hoops in 3 months but for now I am relieved.
I know GIMME has gotten a bad rap lately but my experience has been nothing but positive.
My FSA issues were not a reflection on GIMME and they helped me with the necessary documntation.
