I’ve officially been escalated to what I think is basically a PIP: more tight managing of my work and time (this has started a few weeks ago)
I’m not very fast or efficient, and my TL knows this. I don’t know how people get to the root cause so quickly, and I’m at the point where I need to get faster and do more stuff or I’m toast.
How do I get faster and work more efficiently? I feel like I’ve tried everything, but I’m not sure what to do. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
I really want to do well here, I love so much about this place. It’s my first opportunity out of college, and I really am doing my best. If my best isn’t good enough, then I guess I tried, but I would be sad about having to leave here.
I really need some help. ;-;
