4 weeks out - genetics are back

4 weeks out genetics came back don’t know what any of it means besides google tells me. Still not pooping like I should & I’ve gained almost 10 lbs since the surgery. Still bloated. Still feeling crampy.

Has anyone have their staging change after the genetics came back? Lingering poop problems? My bowel was superficially knicked requiring some sutures. And seriously weight gain! I need to be back on my glp but I need my 💩 in order first!!

Side effects? Reactions?

My DD has been on Enbrel for close to a year now. Has had many what we call weird things happen. Rheumatologist has dismissed most of what we report, and at this past visit finally mumbled
maybe the medicine is doing it.

Looking to see if anyone on Enbrel or any TNF has experienced - break thru bleeding while on BC? Problems with finger nails easily breaking like flaking off? Other random pain popping up - not related to injury - shins? Neck? Ribs? Exaggerated mosquito bite reactions ( that turn purple and become a welt? ) basically told skeeter syndrome.

Any input would help ease our minds.

And most importantly anyone experience reactive lymph nodes?? With occasional night sweats? No weight loss. Labs look okay. Only an US was done of the neck. Has anyone actually ever been diagnosed with a lymphoma from TNF?

stage IA grade 1 endometrioid endometrial cancer - MMR intact. P53 wt.

Back history: My cancer was very very small. I was persistent in telling my provider something wasn’t right. I never HAD any BLEEDING!!! Been in menopause for 5 years. My gyn stated I highly doubt you have xyz, only doing this (biopsy) as a precaution bc of your history. I had a lot of pelvic pain floor congestion swelling in my legs and everything was ruled out cardiac, vascular, every test that could be ordered was ordered. I sat 1 day in my pcp and said can we do an internal ultrasound to just check. My lining was 9 . Still not alarming but concerning enough for radiology to comment. That was last March!! 1st bx inconclusive - 3/25; d&c done in May polyp found with 2 different findings then leading me to bx for every 6 months cause I could not get the mirena due to breast adh & lcis. 2 bx 11/25 - cancer. Surgery was delayed due to pneumonia and covid. For the record, 2nd time with cancer had Hodgkin’s lymphoma when I was 31. I am 51 now. My history is complicated and the point here is you know your body better than anyone else!! Your body starts to go thru changes before the cancer even begins to show itself. My tumor was only 0.3 cm found in the lining minus the polyp removed. Can you imagine if I listened to these drs and just said yeah okay your right nothings wrong with me. I cannot even imagine if and when the bleeding began what stage I could have been at and the treatment of chemo or radiation I would have to endure. Thank you God for allowing me to be here and be alive for my daughters!

My plan of care is appts every 6 months which okay. I had my 4 week check up. Still feeling meh. My right thigh is numb from the compression/position/removal of lymph nodes. Told it will go away eventually with time. Still occasion spotting. And constipation remains a constant. Can not have a BM
without a laxative. And I am taking senna, MiraLAX alternate w/duo lax suppositories. My sigmoid colon was knicked during the surgery.
