Amount paid but order not booked. (10+ days now)
I paid ₹585.29 to Ajio via FamPay (FamX Wallet) on **09 May 2026 at 07:51 pm** for a shoe order.
**Transaction Details:**
- UTR: 612911177521
- TXN ID: FMPIB54315740000
- Merchant: ajio1.payu@hdfcbank
Payment shows **"Money paid successfully"** with green tick and "Paid in 1.52 s" on my side. But Ajio says AUTHORIZATION_FAILED, order not placed, and they closed the ticket asking me to contact the bank.
It's been 10+ days (past RBI T+5 TAT). FamPay customer care has disconnected my calls multiple times. NPCI helpline also not reachable.
Has anyone faced this? Any advice on next escalation (RBI Ombudsman etc.)?
**Proofs attached** (payment success screenshots + Ajio emails).
Any help would be appreciated!
