Kali Uchis - Sin Miedo 5y anniversary vinyl Defective pressing
Hi all my fellow Kali Uchis lovers,
I’ve been waiting 5 years for this vinyl edition, especially because it includes “Fue Mejor,” and I love the SZA version more. However, I had issues with both copies. I purchased one the very first day it came out, and when I got it, Side A was perfect; however, Side B, which included the tracks I was looking forward to the most, was not clear, had several glitches, and skipped parts of at least 3 songs, and “Fue Mejor” was the most affected of them all.
It was truly a shame, but since it was shipped to Spain, I assumed that maybe it was a delivery issue or just a defective pressing. I asked for a new one, and the problem persisted, but worse. “Fue Mejor” was basically unlistenable, with several skips and glitches. It was even worse than the first one. I also noted that some songs were slower than usual; however, that wasn’t an issue. Having glitches and constant skipping is a disaster when it comes to vinyl.
Since this is the second time it has happened, I wanted to find out whether it’s just me or if others are experiencing problems with the vinyl, especially ones related to defective pressing.
