Extremely blessed to have met Ne-Yo last night for his show with Akon in San Diego. I asked him if he would ever repress Year of the Gentleman and Because of You and he said “maybe” so yall keep your eyes out. Prices on both of those are crazy high for no reason. He said last time he saw the prices they were like $300 and no lies told there. I asked him if he could write Do you because that’s my favorite song by him lol.

Mess with this album so heavy and was disappointed that it won’t be released on vinyl so I made it myself (well, made the front/back covers, center labels, and created the flac/wav files for the songs I should say 😅) my first ever custom vinyl and so pleased with how it came out

Picked this is up earlier today in a charity shop. It was a blind buy as I've never heard this album before, but knew of the legend that is Quincy Jones, so surely can't be bad. Boy I was right, it sounds fantastic!

I need some ideas! This is where my vinyl live 99% of the time. I’m ashamed but I can’t find anything aesthetically pleasing to store them. So, they’re tucked in a closet, in storage bins. 😩

I’m also in the middle of uploading them to Discogs… 161 and counting (I still have three more bins to add) 😭.

Emotional and Where I Wanna Be might be two of my favorite vinyl records in the entire collection. I see Donell Jones is up for a repress. That would be nice. Which set of two are you taking, Donell or Carl?

I love this album so much! This is the Get On Down reissue bought from Juno. I love all of the songs, but my top three are Time Flies, Tell Me and Angel. What are your favourite tracks from this album?
