Ipr or extraction for metal braces...can refer to rhe opg scan on 3rd image
I am 24M, i have misaligned teeth and overbite, the private dentist said that there is no need of extraction and IPR can make up the space. The private dentist is saying to have self ligating metal braces with IPR.
2nd opinion i took from a govt dental hospital they said extraction will be done and no desired result will be shown by IPR, what do u guyz think seeing my case...can also refer to the opg scan attached on 3rd.
