(I speak Spanish) My account has been temporarily blocked. I haven't used it for a while and I can't access it.

The solution PayPal offered me is to contact them by phone.

I have the PayPal app downloaded and I don't see any option to contact them through it, so I suppose they're waiting for me to log into my account. How can I contact them?

What do you recommend? I thought about opening another account with a different username and trying to contact them through private message that way.
