I need advice. I was talking to a guy on Grindr and he asked for my Instagram. After I gave it to him, he started threatening to expose me as gay to my friends/family unless I send him money.

I haven't paid anything but I'm really stressed and not sure what to do next. Please help me, what do you suggest I should do?
