How many wedding dresses did you try on before finding “the one”?

I’m genuinely curious — how many wedding dresses did you try on before you found *the one*?
I’ve heard completely opposite stories. Some brides know after trying on 2–3 dresses, while others go through 20, 30, or even more before they feel sure.
And I wonder if there’s a point where trying on more actually makes the decision harder rather than easier.

How many did you try? And looking back, do you think it was the right amount?

Do you think “dress regret” is actually caused by continuing to look after buying your dress?

I see so many posts from brides who absolutely loved their dress when they bought it, but a few weeks or months later start questioning their choice.
And it made me wonder how much of “dress regret” actually comes from continuing to look.
You buy a dress you love… but then you keep scrolling Pinterest, Instagram and bridal websites, new collections come out, you see another neckline or fabric you love, and suddenly you start wondering if you chose too soon.
Do you think the best thing to do after saying yes to a dress is to just **stop looking**?
Or did you keep browsing after buying yours and still feel completely confident about your choice?
