Artist 10 Gen 2 Tablet randomly stopped working.
I have been in the possession of an Artist 10 Gen 2 Tablet for the last 4 months, pre-owned. I have never had any issues with it. Recently- I connected it to my computer like normal and out of nowhere the display shut off and the light that signified it working also turned off. I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in, I have waited ~2 days to try to use it again to see if it works but nothing has changed. I remember when I unplugged it after it randomly stopped working the first time the battery felt really hot, and continues to feel really hot whenever I plug it in. I think it might be a battery issue? I keep it plugged into the power source so it doesn't die in use and unplug it when I'm done. This is my only drawing tablet (and my favorite one that I've owned) and I want to do everything I can to make sure it works again. If it is the battery; is there any way for me to replace it/send it to a repair shop and see if they can put in a new one?
