I have a vehicle from West Virginia I’m trying to sell in Illinois, I had someone interested in coming to buy it, they signed the title and then backed out of the deal, I’ve dealt with affirmation of corrections with illinois titles, when I go to sell the car do I give the buyer a affirmation of correction form from Illinois or West Virginia?
