I couldn't find the Queen. But maybe I just can't spot her now.

Anyway, found at least 4 queen nests, all hatched.

Removed the drone frame for now and replaced it with an empty frame.

What's the best way forward?

Since I never really introduced myself, 2nd year of having bees. Lost one population to winter, this hive is a "Ablage" (Not sure what's the English word for it) from last year.

Appreciate all your advice.

Edit/Update: Found the Queen. And added two pictures of the normal brood too.
