please help me. i have the worst foot odor imaginable. i’ve been working on my feet nonstop and because of that my feet are always in my socks, so i ended up developing some kind of eczema on my feet as well as some form of foot fungus (?) which is so fucking embarrassing as a girl who already struggles with taking care of myself. i feel so awkward spending time with my significant other and i can’t take my shoes off to lay down or else i stink up the whole house. i genuinely don’t know what to do. please. help me. i have tried athletes foot cream from walgreens, powder, nothing works. please.

hello everyone :) it’s my first time dying my hair and i want the color to last just a little longer than i should. the issue is i do shower every day with shampoo because my hair is extremely oily ! i was hoping to get some advice on how i can care for my hair now that it’s dyed?
to preface:
-my usual routine is a morning shower with lukewarm/cold water with shampoo
-i have wavy hair but i treat it like curly hair, so when it’s stilll wet i run it through with a curl oil, curl cream, mousse, and leave in conditioner while scrunching with a microfiber towel
-my hair color was originally a brown, which i had changed to a deep red violet color ! no bleach , just a 30 toner and the dye along with a dye sealing conditioner right after the dye
