I recently got a job through a temp agency. The company the agency has sent me is a medical assembly company for the spine. the supervisor told me that they have an hour break in which is paid. i am trying to finish my onboarding documents online but came across a form that will wavier my meal and rest day. Should I sign it to not mess with production or not? this is very new to me and apparently is a thing in Minnesota.
