Hiring AI Engineer / LLM Engineer in Mumbai
We are looking for engineers who have actually built real world LLM and RAG systems, not just experimented with APIs.
What we are looking for:
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 6+ months working on AI/ML, NLP, or LLM based applications
• Strong hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, semantic search systems, AI retrieval workflows, or LLM powered applications
• Strong Python skills for AI pipelines and backend workflows
• Hands-on experience with LangChain ecosystem. Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangFlow is highly preferred
• Experience with embeddings and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.
• Experience working with unstructured data like PDFs, scanned docs, HTML, XML, and web data
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, hallucination reduction, retrieval accuracy, and LLM evaluation
• Candidates from both product and service companies are welcome if they have worked on real AI/LLM systems
Preferred:
• Exposure to food compliance domain is a plus
Work setup:
• Hybrid role in Mumbai
• 6-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
• 3 days work from office
