First pc, please help

I've only ever had laptops, and 6 years ago I bought an msi gs66 stealth 2070 max. I've been happy with it ever since, but I've noticed with games coming out lately that my graphics card is slowly being left behind. So I thought I should go ahead and build a pc. I set myself a budget of 3,000 euros. I'll buy components every month or every other month once I've reached a conclusion. Here's what I've come up with so far:

\- CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D (397€)

\- GPU: ASUS Prime RTX 5070 Ti OC (930€)

\- Board: MSI B850 Tomahawk Wifi (189€)

\- PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-850 (121€)

\- Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5 (92€)

\- Case: Fractal Pop 2 Air Solid (83€)

\- Monitor (Bought): Legion 27Q-11 (184€)

I chose a closed case since I don't like tempered glass. I also don't want RGB, not a fan of it. Just personal preference. PC would sit on the floor, no carpet and I clean my flat once a week, so dust is not an issue for me.

Both RAM and SSD are not in this list on purpose, since prices are exaggerated as we all know. So whenever a sale pops up, I may consider getting any of both. I'm of course open for recommendations!

I enjoy playing solo games, fromsoft, capcom, lies of p, kojima's games. I also design and develop using unity and blender, so this pc would be used for both gaming and dev work.

I'm open for suggestions, opinions, and would be happy to change components in case someone thinks of something better. I must mention, I don't intend to switch pc components in 6-10 years, therefore I'm going a bit overkill with my options. I don't feel like dealing with switching parts every 2-3 years.

EDIT: I'm in Germany

I set a 2,000 eur budget and selected a store called notebooks billiger in Germany to buy the stuff from. I then consulted with a friend who knows a bit more about computers than me to get a second opinion. Here's what I got recommended in the end from both him and the store:

- Samsung 990 Pro SSD 1TB (€189 - it's on 40% sale)

- AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D (€397)

- Corsair RMe series 2025 RM750e (€99 - it's on 20% sale)

- Palit GeForce RTX 5070 Infinity 3 OC (€589)

- Fractal design Pop Air 2 Black Solid (€69)

- DeepCool AK620 G2 (€46)

Both Ram and SSD are on hold since they're incredibly expensive for now. I planned on buying a part or two every month or every other month - how's this build so far? Would you recommend any other parts or switch something? I'm not an rgb fan, and I don't want a tempered glass case.

This pc will be for gaming and design work with blender and unity overall. I already bought a monitor, hence not in the list here. It's a lenovo legion 27Q something with 300hZ. So I'd be playing at 1440p and I'm fine with that
