
tonight’s dinner and possibly the next week’s hyperfixation meal! roughly 331-345cals
when i’m feeling too lazy to meal prep, i love making quick and easy bowls with tofu, frozen veggies, and whatever else is in my fridge/pantry. tonight’s bowl was soy free tofu, egg whites, turkey bacon, cauliflower rice, mushrooms, kale, some cherry tomatoes, and 0 cal hot sauces from TJ
literally still trying to finish the bowl and started eating almost an hour ago, so full!!
i don’t count macros too closely so the best i give yall off memory is protein and fiber tbh 😭 but i’ll put the brands for anyone who wants to investigate further!
• 170g of big mountains soy free tofu: 140 cals and 32g of protein (just popped in the air fry, no oil used) • 92g of egg whites (generic): 50cals and 10g of protein • 2 slices of applegate no sugar turkey bacon, 60cals and 5g of protein • 65g of white button mushrooms from trader joes : 16cals and 2g protein (maybe?), sautéed with a little water and used kinder’s the steak blend kinder seasoning on it • 75g of cauliflower rice: 20 cals and 2g of protein • 80g of frozen kale: 30 cals • 10ml of trader joes’s sweet potato habanero hot sauce, 0 cal • 8-10g of trader joe’s green dragon hot sauce, 0 cal total: 331-345 cals (buffered in 14 cals cause i tend to be heavy handed with frozen veggies lol), 58 g of protein
not pictured but also had a mission wheat protein carb balance tortilla on the side and an oath island mango clear protein packet! (tortilla: 70 cals, 7g protein, 15 g fiber | oath: 100 cals and 20g proteins)
so total dinner was roughly 500 cals, 85g protein, and 15g fiber!! (prob a lil more fiber but honestly couldn’t remember the kale and cauliflower)
