Google Business Profile reviews can't mention an employee by name - question
I'm sure many of you are aware of Google updating their GBP policies to restrict reviews from mentioning an employee by name.
I have very little SEO knowledge, but I would like to know how this affects our home services company which has "Ryan" in the company name.
If a customer review mentions "Ryan" the company, NOT an employee, do you think the filter will count that against us? Is there anything we can do?
