Adapting to zero carb - blood sugar proof

Thought you lot might be interest in some hard data. I’m on day 10 of zero carb. I eat lion diet first nine and today I had some scrambled eggs with butter.

I’m 44 male. Suspected insulin resistance. Recorded reactive hypoglycaemia. Had a life time of depression anxiety fatigue ups and downs all in relation to eating seemingly.

Day 7 was my low point, dizzy, couldn’t think, slept in the day in a weird semi conscious state. The last two days I’ve seen very small improvements and even a tickle of euphoria yestarday morning. But still very tired and empty. Usually I crash after eating anything but today and yestarday I think I could have my meat or neat fat and I don’t feel any different.

Take a look at my daily graphs you can see my blood sugar slowly falling and getting smoother. I’ve only been eating from the afternoon the last couple of days and it’s clear protein jumps me up a bit where as fat doesn’t make any difference.

Seems part of the adaptation is falling insulin and glucose. Apparently might take longer in those insulin resistant.
