I am an exchange student and about to rent a house somewhere near SLC. I wonder if it will be too far? Given its renal price, it's quite attractive to me.
Any advice on housing there?
And If i live near SLC, do i still be able to enjoy the nightlife? As i aware that most are in downtown. Thanks
I recently found a place and am interested in renting the house. In the lease agreement, I notice that the name of the landlord and the person we pay to/ usually contact is two different people. Is it common in Ontario?
And the contact person also indicated that there is a 1-month deposit and we will also have to pay along with the first month's rent? Is it also a common practice?
