I am finalizing a fully furnished 3BHK at Lodha Casa Ultima, right next to Viviana Mall, and looking for two responsible male flatmates to move in within the next week.
Rent Breakdown:
• Master Bedroom with an attached washroom – ₹19,000 (taken by me)
• Master Bedroom with AC (non-attached washroom) – ₹18,000
• Bedroom without AC – ₹15,000
Total Rent: ₹52,000
The flat is fully furnished:
• Bed and wardrobe in every room
• Spacious living room with sofa, dining table, TV, and AC
