
Globe E-sim conversion failure!
Hi, just wanted to check if anyone has experienced the same issue and got it resolved.
It’s been almost 2 months now since I ported back from a postpaid eSIM to a prepaid physical SIM (as recommended 😅).
Last December, I had an issue with my eSIM conversion and it became too much of a hassle going back and forth to the Globe Store, so I agreed to their recommendation to switch to a postpaid plan for 3 months since they said it would be easier to convert back to a prepaid eSIM afterward — which unfortunately wasn’t the case.
Fast forward to now: after terminating my postpaid eSIM plan and switching back to a physical SIM, I tried converting again via GlobeOne. Since March 2026, I’ve still been getting the same error.
I already reached out multiple times through Globe Messenger and even visited Globe stores, but they all just advised me to “keep trying” since it’s apparently an ongoing issue and some users eventually get lucky and succeed.
Has anyone here experienced the same thing? Were you able to get it resolved, and how? It’s honestly such a hassle since I can’t use a physical SIM on an iPhone Air 🥲
