Cannot figure out what these bumps are/rash is please help
these weird spots and bumps have been on the ditch of my right arm for what feels like so long now, they get worse, then they get better but they never fully go away, ive tried moisturizing it daily, clindamycin, even anti fungal creams, its only in the spot shown no other place on my body, it was spreading again slightly before i got my tattoo however it obviously made it a bit worse.
