Blocked from buying?
Last week I had a package marked as delivered but it never arrived. I reported this to customer service who said I had to wait 3 days in case it showed up. After 3 days still no package I reported this to customer service. I just went to try to purchase some more items and now it’s not letting me add anything to my cart and keeps saying error. I thought this was strange so logged in to my account on a desk top.. same thing. So I created a new account and it is working so it’s not an issue with the site. Now I’m wondering if it’s some type of block on my account for reporting a missing package. I have heard of this happening to people at other stores but usually if it’s done repeatedly… this is the first time I have ever reported something as not delivered and it was one item. Do you think this is the case/ has this happened to anyone. I would just order off of the other account but I have $30 of rewards I was hoping to use.
