About to play through MGS1 and Duckstation is not recognising my DualShock in game; only recognises the controller when I’m in the emulators fullscreen menu.

I’ve tinkered with all the global settings and the automatic mapping and nothing is working. I think I’ve goofed up somewhere but don’t know where to look.

Any help is appreciated
