Hello, looking at these two apartments. Does anyone have any experiences, opinions, or story’s they can share?

IMO Norton Commons seems to have the edge due to its walkability. However, the Upton seems more established and has better reviews online.

Curious to hear what people think. Thanks!

How are inspection fees typically structured for commercial appraisers at large firms? What do you usually get paid per inspection? It seems like report writing would be a better use of time unless inspection fees are pretty high—is that actually the case?

As the title says. I am considering both the vernal executive and the Uplift 4 leg in the approx 80x30 configurations. I work from home and want to switch to a standing desk setup. I am about 6’3 and 250lbs and have a 3 screen setup. So, no bending or shaking is what I’m going for.

I haven’t seen any comments that speak to the stability of either at standing height. I really don’t want a desk that shakes or moves, especially if I’m leaning on it. Micro annoyances add up, so I’m hoping to get something that feels solid ( both sitting and standing ).

Can anyone speak to the stability at height on either?

Also, how is the laminate on the vernal? I like the pheasant wood on the updesk but like the overall style of the executive desk better. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
