It’s really not hard to figure out who the scammers are. I knew from the second I pulled up (I just moved from this 4 block area 2 weeks ago). When they put MEET THE CUSTOMER, you still make sure you record the delivery. I’m in Indiana and it’s completely legal as long as one of the parties consent- including the person recording. I RECORD EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY NO MATTER WHAT, and have done since I started because these fraudulent customers WILL lie/steal/cheat/and even harm you. This is your job, not their payday. I even let customer service know while I was still at the address this person was going to say they didn’t get it and sure enough, I woke up to that email.

After this customer denied eight consecutive replacements only at checkout—claiming she never previously approved any replacements —I sent screenshots to her proving otherwise. ; this is my livelihood, not a hobby. Since she wasted 35 extra minutes doing these silly refunds, she didn’t get her order at all because in that time, the store decided to close a few minutes early.
