I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your guidance regarding my admission status at GIKI.

if have successfully passed the GIKI admission test. However, my FSc combined percentage is currently below 60%, as I scored 36 marks in 1st year Mathematics and 80 marks in 2nd year Mathematics.

I intend to appear in the Improvement Examination for my 1st year Mathematics, which is scheduled approximately 40 days after the FSc result. I am confident that I will achieve above 60% combined after improvement.

I kindly request you to let me know:

1. Will GIKI accept my updated/improved result for final merit consideration?
2. Can I secure my admission conditionally while awaiting the improvement result?

I do not want to lose an academic year, and I am fully committed to joining GIKI. I would be grateful for your earliest response.
