Has anybody ever had anxiety about if they were allergic to their tampons and or pads ?

Does anyone else have a severe problem with being sick and crying a lot when on periods and does anybody else vomit on their period or is that not normal?

I am begging for opinions on how to ease period pains I started my period four hours ago and I have already vomited five times and I am violently shaking and feel atrocious. I am 21 years old and I struggle severely with period cramps. Does anybody have any thoughts?
