Feels like I’m paying for features I’ll never use
I started using Yotpo Loyalty for my shopify store because I had heard a lot about it like it’s the complete retention solution, but half the platform feels unnecessary unless you’re some massive brand with a huge team.
There’s so much packed into it that simple things start feeling overcomplicated. Hard to justify the cost when most of the extra stuff just sits there untouched, while it's not even helping get customers to come back
