What’s up guys. I don’t smoke or vape. Occasionally I do drink. But three days ago I had my upper and lower right wisdom tooth extracted. Healing is going great no pain or anything out of the ordinary for the healing process.

However I use Zyn nicotine pouches I’ve stayed off of them since the operation but can’t lie have really been wanting one as of late. Everything I see on Reddit, YouTube, google, etc. is all super mixed on the time period you should wait before using a product like Zyn again. So this is my second to last line of defense before getting. Everything I’m seeing is either 3 to 7 days after the surgery so that’s why I’m confused. Thank you
