I work at a hospital and everything has been going well. As a medical professional started work at a hospital and we usually work under the senior doctor. Things are going well and we had a healthy working relationship. Things got a bit more intense when he started call me late at night even though I'm not working my shift for random unrelated work stuff. He started to be touchy but I just ignore it because it's not too sexual and I just ignored as friendly touch. Until in one of my night shift I was assaulted by him and I want to avoid the details. So I just started to change my shift or avoid if all possible.
I don't know what to do now. I can't focus on my work specially when he is around.
But I still have to work under him.
