Thanks for the new card but why can't we get a paper bill?
I don't check my email frequently and almost missed my first payment. Scrambled to get the payment there on time.
Called to have 'paperless' changed to regular mailed bills. They can see the account, make any change I want like address, billing date, order new card. Except they can't change it off paperless!
Apparently I change it, but only after downloading and setting up the app. Which I even have the app for other cards though I prefer a mailed bill, (yes I want to waste trees and be stuck in the 1980s) But the whole, we want to discourage you while still claiming to offer the choice just annoys me so much.
Oh and that number you call. They can close the account too. Literally everything but change it off paperless.🙄
