50K account that I think has met all requirements but it says not eligible for payout. Anyone have any idea why this might be the case? I submitted a ticket last week and have not heard back. This is in more than one account. They have merged my tickets but they have not provide an actual response so I’m waiting anxiously and making sure I don’t trade those accounts by mistake.
