Festival de la Guitarra de Córdoba: Pregunta sobre el descuento para los jóvenes

Hello all,

I'm gonna be in Córdoba for the Festival de la Guitarra. I am thinking about going to a concert and I saw they offer 20% off for people under 30. I am 20, but I couldn't find any info clarifying if this applied to international visitors (USA) as well.

Has anyone done this in the past as a tourist and had any problems? Thanks

Any thoughts on what to do with this monstrosity?

Doing some work for a guy who framed and drywalled his own bathroom. He didn't have prior experience and didn't think about the window affecting the layout until he had already ran all the plumbing through concrete floors. Not really sure what to do with this. My thoughts went to trying to somehow put trim around it, but even that seems incredibly tough.
