Has anyone else noticed that the past few days there haven’t been any games on Dingo? I’m new to following NPB this season, but have been watching since the start of this season on Dingo, but have noticed they haven’t been putting them on recently. Have they done this from time to time in the past? I’m in the US so this is the only way I watch games without paying for them. I appreciate this thread as that is the only way I knew about Dingo.

I wanted to get thoughts on if I’m overtraining and next steps to continue to make progress.

I’ve been lifting consistently for about 3 years and the last year also picked up running. I currently do a split of Sunday upper body + 20 min easy jog + 10 min abs, Monday lower body, Tuesday arm day + abs, Wednesday sprint workout 1 min hard sprint, 1 min walk for 10 reps, Thursday upper body + abs, Friday lower body, Saturday rest. I usually workout very early in the morning as I have a 1 year old at home. I used to do more running but the last month cut down on the amount of running and picked up one more day of lifting to hopefully build more muscle/strength.

I try to average at least 14,000-15,000 steps a day. I get in long walks in the afternoon. I get about 6-7 hours a sleep at night. I am very good about my water intake which is about a gallon a day. I also eat mostly whole foods and my calories stay around 3,200. I enjoy working out but recently have been feeling a less motivation just kind of run down.

Over the last year or so I have lost about 60 pounds as I focused on weight loss and currently weigh 175. My lifts have stalled at flat bench 235 3 sets of 8 and squats 3 sets of 8 245 just to give an idea of where my strength is at currently.

Thanks for reading and any suggestions.
