The Connector is teh small white sqaure with two wires (red and black potruding and going into the large square formed rumble moter.

hello everybody,
I’m very new to repairing game consoles (this is my first time) and I’m currently dissambling one of my Nintendo Switch OLED joy cons to replace a broken button.
The problem is, that I am not sure on how to remove the connector? do I force it upwards or is there some kind of lever holding it down I have to switch first?
i have tried looking up guides, but none seem to cover the Nintendo Switch OLED Joy cons, which seems to be different from the normal ones, which I why I have turned to this sub for help.
any help would be much appreciated :)
