Gain City Aircon Installation Failure — Delays, No Accountability
I purchased a Panasonic air-conditioning system based on Gain City’s recommendation and site assessment. However, after installation, multiple issues surfaced, particularly concerning servicing accessibility and installation planning.
For over a week, emails went unanswered, follow-ups were repeatedly delayed, and responsibility was pushed back to me as the homeowner. Only after continuous chasing, submitting extensive evidence and photos, and arranging multiple site inspections did they finally acknowledge that the issue resulted from their own oversight.
The entire experience has been extremely stressful and exhausting. I am now concerned about further delays and whether the rectification works will ultimately be carried out properly and fully restored to original condition.
Has anyone faced similar disputes involving air-conditioning installation or rectification works? Any advice on escalation channels or consumer protection options would be greatly appreciated.
