I purchased a flat ( Flat # 302)in DS Max Sista 6 years ago, and from day one during the rainy season, seepage and dripping problems have been present. Even though the builder attempted some patchwork repairs, the problem still persists. Despite repeated complaints, DS Max has failed to provide a permanent solution and has now stopped responding altogether. This is unacceptable for homeowners who invested their hard-earned money. Attaching photos/videos for proof. IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS???????
