Amazon selling Refurbished products

I ordered a Google pixel 7 phone from Amazon and recieved the phone on 07/10/2026. The phone display stopped responding 1hr after setting up the phone.I contacted customer care for refund, but they told that the product comes under the category of brand replacement and I have to contact the Google service centre. Today I went to Google service centre only to find out that the product isn't genuine.

The pixel phone box usually have the serial number printed in them whereas mine had it sticked.

And the warranty had already expired at 2023.

Also pixel phones sim tray has a serial number which was missing in mine.

They refused to give any written proof as they say the product is refurbished and out of warranty.

When I told the customer care about this they are telling me that they can't take any action without written proof from the brand. Idk what to do, this was the 1st phone I brought using my own money and it ended up like this.

Right now I've mailed amazon grievance officer, Google support and filed a complaint in NCH. Any suggestions to speed up the process or strengthen the case.
