I've had this issue off and on with *all* my elgato capture cards, and it's making me consider just completely leaving elgato as a whole. We pay for quality, we should get quality, right? Anyway, I bought a brand new HDMI cable and a new data usb C cable, and I'm still having these issues. I've tried changing from 48000 to 44000(?)hz, I can't turn off audio enhancements, and I've tried to update what I could. Even tried to change some stuff in BIOS, but I had no idea what I was doing. I can't keep spending money on new capture cards. Any advice?
