Sasuga G3. after teasing me with crumbs of the sexual tension between Sunny and Neph throughout Forbidden shores, you leave me with a nasty volume ending.
standout moments of the series for me so far has been:
- Sunny poisoning the water in his first nightmare
- Sunny staying awake, staring at the Knight who plans to kill him
- Sunny getting his flaw. (it's interesting in dialogue heavy moments, hope it comes into play more)
- Soul devouring tree and its callback to when Neph was telling Sunny about Odysseus
- death of Harper followed by Neph and Sunny's first quarrel
- reveal that Neph's hair was originally black (actually really like this)
- Sunny with the mask fighting caster and the conversations between them
- and all the times Sunny describes how Nephis looks (this boy is smitten)
