Hello everyone, so today I installed the ring doorbell wired v2 and I can’t seem to find the problem.

I’ve followed all the set up instructions, but for some reason the device will absolutely refuse to stay on. It starts right up every time and seems connected the right way but for some reason it only stays on for about 15 seconds max then just shuts off. I’m confused why it’s not staying on, the wires aren’t touching or anything of that matter.

Anybody have the same issue or does it seem like I got a defective device?
