Neighbor insists on parking like this and I cant stand it. Am I over reacting?
My neighbor parks in front of their house like this everyday. They have a driveway that runs along the side of their house but dont use most of it. They recently bought an EV and have installed the charger out front so they can continue to park this way and charge the vehicle over night. Ive mentioned that I could hit their car one of these days, but nothing has really changed. We have a nice cul-de-sac but almost a 1/3 of it gets taken up because they pull straight in and . What should I do?
