I feel weird posting this, but I started Wegovy (1.5 mg tablet) today, and I've had insatiable hunger all day. I've been eating voraciously all day, and I still feel ravenous. The only reason I've stopped eating is that my stomach is so full that I physically can't. To be honest, I'm scared - I know I can't possibly need more food, but my brain is sending out a blaring alarm saying "THIS IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY YOU HAVE TO EAT RIGHT NOW OR ELSE"

I also had extreme brain fog all day, but that seems to be waning now, 16 hours after my dose.

Is this a known Day One phenomenon? I've left a message for my doctor, but I'm curious to hear from people who have experience with Wegovy.
