Hi Everyone,

Overall, I think Riverside has been helpful to host remote podcast sessions, help drive video content to youtube, etc. But I have had a lot of issues when using Riverside's audio editing tools like magic audio. It makes the audio sound distorted and I am worried that it will hurt our brand image moving forward.

I can definitely download the raw audio file and put it in a DAW to edit it, but I am wondering if any of you have any tips and tricks you all do to make it less cumbersome to edit the audio while still using Riverside. The biggest problem I am facing is that my cohost's audio is a lot louder than mine and magic audio helps equalize and normalize it all, but it makes the audio sound a lot worse than when it was recorded. Please help!

Thank you in advance!
