I have no venting in the house and two toilets on the same drain struggle to flush and pull water from each other when the opposite toilet is used. Attached image is me using ChatGPT to try and create a visual of the solution.

2nd floor Drain comes off toilet in to concrete floor runs a couple feet to the outer concrete wall and runs down the inside of the wall. Once at the ground it proceeds to the back of the house where it ties in to another toilet before moving on to the septic tank.

Is this the correct solution to add to the 2nd floor toilet? What type of fitting would be needed to add the vent and have the pipe run up the side of the house?
